Shipping Information

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Here are the details about our shipping process:

• Domestic Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of shipment.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Store Credit

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Store Credit: We offer store credit for returned items. Store credit can be used on future purchases and don't expire.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email our customer service team at hello@monn.studio to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
3. Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
